What is the return and exchange period?
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

What conditions must items meet to be eligible for return or exchange?
Items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with packaging, labels, and accessories
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Only inspected, not used beyond initial checking

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping instructions and the return address are provided after approval. If the issue is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping. No restocking fees apply.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
