Return and Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This policy explains how you can return items, request exchanges, and receive refunds when purchasing from Arburry. It forms part of our agreement together with our Terms of Service. Consumer protection rights remain fully applicable.

2. Return and Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility Requirements
Items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned with packaging, labels, and accessories
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Only inspected, not used beyond initial checking

4. Items Not Eligible
Returns are not accepted for items that do not meet the eligibility requirement, are damaged through improper use, or are returned without approval.

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team at support@arburry.com within the return and exchange period and include your order details, reason for return, and photos if relevant.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, customers should contact support@arburry.com with the following details:

  • Order number,
  • Description of the issue,
  • Supporting images of the product.

After review, eligible cases will result in a replacement or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping instructions and the return address are provided after approval. If the issue is due to our error, we cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping. No restocking fees apply.

8. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

9. Exchanges
Exchanges are fulfilled after return approval and inspection. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

10. Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arburry.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
