This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on Arburry are processed and delivered. It explains timelines, shipping conditions, and customer responsibilities.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 04:00 PM (EDT) are processed the next business day.
  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Transit Time: 4–5 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Shipping Information

  • Shipping Destination: We currently ship to customers in the United States only.
  • Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. A separate shipping update email will follow with your tracking number, so you can track your shipment from dispatch through delivery.

Delays
Delays may occur due to external conditions such as logistics disruptions, weather, or high demand. We will need additional time beyond the estimated timeframe.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery. If your order still has not arrived after this extended period, contact us at support@arburry.com, and we will promptly investigate the issue.

Shipping Address
Customers must provide correct and complete shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate information.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If an item is received incorrectly or damaged, customers should contact support@arburry.com with the following details:

  • Order number,
  • Description of the issue,
  • Supporting images of the product.

After review, eligible cases will result in a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

Cancellation
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@arburry.com. Cancellations are generally possible before processing begins. Once processing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, and the return process must be followed after delivery.
